1. Our Agreement
a. Access to your e-learning will be made available after the initial booking fee is made.
b. The agreement is between us (Scottish school of aesthetics) and you the purchaser, you are not permitted to share or replicate any learning materials found within the learning portal.
2. Expectations
a. Each course, has its own e-learning course, this must be completed prior to attending your practical training.
b. The course has to be completed via distance learning, however if you aren’t sure of anything or need any help prior to attending your course you can contact us on 0141 471 4025 or info@scottishschoolofaesthetics.co.uk
c. We provide lifetime support for all of our students within a support group system and also on a 1-2-1 level where appropriate.
3. Your Rights & Responsibilities
a. Deposits for course bookings are non-refundable, the deposits cover the cost of maintaining and constantly improving our learning offering as well as associated admin costs of running the school.
b. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have adequate computer equipment, broadband/wi-fi and time to access the Programme.
c. You must ensure that you have adequate virus and malware protection before accessing our systems.
d. You are responsible for keeping your log-in/links/access/downloads safe and secure.
e. You must not do anything to interfere with the running of our website(s) or platforms, not attempt to gain access to any parts of our site(s) to which you have not been granted access.
f. You will not seek to promote any goods/services to any Participant that you come into contact with during the course.
5. Timing & Standard Of Provision Of Services
a. All students will be provided lifetime access to any learning materials and future updates on the learning portal
b. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Session by providing you with written notice, by posting in the Programme notices environment, or by email, or by telephone, no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Session.
c. You may not send a substitute to any courses without prior consultation.
d. If you do not attend any of your practical course, you will still be liable to pay any fees and will need to rebook on a later course date.
e. A deposit will be required before any learning material for your course is made available, the balance of your course is due on or before the day of your practical course. b. if you cancel your course within 14 days of your course you will still be eligible to pay some/all of the outstanding balance, see cancellation fee below:

within 3 days 100%
